This is real. I watched it very carefully on both screens and could not detect anything out of the ordinary. Both screens change at the same time as well and hand speed movement doesn't look like it is fast forwarded.

Anyone would look that good on a version of tetis that has blocks that let you turn them 3 times after they land. Gameboy tetris and most other versions just barely give you enough time to rotate once, or slide two spaces.
