Geroge Washington even warned against a 2 party system in his farewell address. Even if you don't agree w/ Nader vote for him. History holds truth to the present from the same situation in the past. I would like to bring up the Vietnam War. The last ten years of the war is what is happening now in Iraq. Americans would take out North Vietnamese soldiers in one area only to find that they would spring up in other areas of the country, which is what happened in Fallujah. We did not accomplish anything in those ten years during Vietnam except manage to bring up the death toll on both sides and that’s all that’s going to happen if we keep troops in Iraq. Whether or not the reason for having troops in Iraq is right or wrong, keeping troops in Iraq is only going to bring more bloodshed. |
