Sorry NOT ALL COBRAS are supercharged, only the SVT which came out in '04, the rest were natrualy aspiered. This one however is blown |

Actually the 2003 cobra was the first Cobra to be produced from the factory Supercharged. 390bhp, 390trq. This video is of a 2003 cobra but he isn't smashing gears, he is just gradually climbing. |

All cobra's are SVT, only the 03-04 were supercharged, and no a Z28 or an SS would not smoke it, they would lose. The 03 cobra can do 12's stock in the quartermile and a SS or Z28 will only do low 13's at best, they are down a good 40+hp |

Its is amazing how many people know everything about everything. Its a 03-04 mustang cobra that come superchrager factory. it is a unmodded car and a camaro ss would be the only chev close that was made of late. i don't care what you have or been in or think you know. that is the truth. prove me wrong |

That is not an 03 or 04 Cobra. The guage cluster is not the same at all. I can't see the writing clear enough, but all cobra's come with white face guages and 03 and 04's came with luminescent guages. The supercharger whine from an 03 or 04 Cobra is very clearly heard in the car, I own a an 03 Cobra and that is not one. |

I have an 03 Cobra and that ain't one. There was no boost guage on the stock guage cluster and the car was taking way to long to wind up. In a 2003 cobra all you can hear inside when you mash the peddle is the supercharger. You can't hear the exhaust at all until you let up. That might have been an 01. |

I watched it again and it was and older cobra for sure. The clock in the middle top of the dash was a dead givaway. He must have put an aftermarket charger on it. My 03 with the stock Eaton would have that fool for lunch. Go to Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords website and you can watch videos of the 03s and 04s doing quarter mile runs. |

That car sucked ass and I'm a Ford guy. When my 2003 Cobra was stock it was much faster than that piece of crap. I don't know how much he paid for that supercharger, but he got ripped off. I wish idiot's would stop buying Mustangs. They give the rest of us Mustang owners a bad name. |

I also own an 03' Cobra and I knew the very second the video started it was an older stang, Cobra if that... People should stop tryin' to know what they're talking about and just know.

THAT WAS PROBABLY A 98 COBRA WITH A S-TRIM OR A P1SC. AT ANY RATE THAT CAR RESPONDED LIKE A STOCK 4.6 WITH A CATBACK EXHAUST,THE CHARGER AND STOCK GEARS. THAT CAR WOULD DO ABOUT A BUCK SEVENTY IN FIFTH AT 6500. |

I have an 03 cobra and stock it will not beat my friends 2001 ss camaro. We have raced many times. I had to put a smaller pulley on the supercharger and change the shifter to beat him. |
