Well, if he was a cab driver hes the victem. Cab drivers are allowed not to wear their seat belt otherwise people could choke them with the shoulder belt and demand a free ride. Taxi's are exempt from seat belts, so this poor sucker lost his life for his job. That is if he was a cabbie |
